MID CENTURY MODERN HOME IN ODESSA, FL
It is not often as a photographer to be contracted for a 6,000+ Sq. Ft. and over $1 Million Listing so when it happens you jump on it. This beautiful modernized home in Odessa was the most unique property that I have worked with. When the agent told me about it that the property had a open gazebo in the center of the home I was intrigued. This was hidden in Odessa, FL on the water of course but pulling up you wouldn't expect this level of detail. The home had a very open layout with little to no doors, a large kitchen and living area. The best part on the back porch near the pool had a spiral staircase that went from the master bedroom down to the pool. Having a private dock, pool and a outdoor kitchen with large seating area this is a perfect home to host a party. The listing is currently on the market but I heard has a offer pending. We work with agents to provide Photography, Video, Aerial, 360 Photos and Virtual Tours. For more information visit us at www.ntp2.com

FLEET PORTRAITS BY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER IN GIBSONTON, FL
DRIRITE is based out of Gibsonton, FL and is a restoration cleaning company and also does carpet and floor cleaning. As a expert in branding I take my role very serious when helping a company to showcase their team. We started on a Friday morning early so the crews could still head out on their jobs. Arranging the trucks was going great and then we ran into a few challenges. I know you can't see it in the picture but there was a palm bush that was in the center of the shot in the parking lot that was blocking the center vehicles and where the owners were standing. I attempted to fly the drone in different spots to get it out but in order to see the team well it couldn't be done. Quick thinking we were able to cut it down so it wasn't blocking the shot. After I got the shot I took it into Photoshop to remove the rest of the bush and a few other spots. With the drone being in the air when taking photos it can be rather uncertain of the camera taking since there is no traditional noise or flash going off.
After capturing about 5-6 photos I had the team wave while taking photos and then for good measure took 20-30 seconds of 4k Video Footage. After we sent the crew on their way we went inside the capture the management team. As I have written before most are not for having their photo taken so had to make sure to capture their attention quickly while ensuring the quality was top notch. These portraits are going to be used on their website and social platforms to stay up to date and ahead of their market.

HAIR STYLIST BUSINESS BRANDING SESSION WESLEY CHAPEL, FL
Launching a new business can be tough (I speak from experience through my personal journey) though building something of your own is very rewarding. I met GP a year ago and I have known him since he launched his business GP Hair Studio in Wesley Chapel, FL as a hair stylist specializing in color and new styles. GP opened his studio in a shared space for hair stylists that is centrally located in Wesley Chapel. Since his initial launch I have supported him by visiting myself to help with my own hair (those who know me know that its not one of my strengths of taking care of my hair). I also refer GP to my clients and my family as well.
GP reached out to me and was interested in expanding his marketing and having new headshots done. Like many of my clients they are often friends and I am always honored to help with growing their business.
During this pandemic in Florida with many businesses closed like GP's I spent a ton of time studying Branding and Marketing. GP put all trust in me to capture him in the best light so we went to his studio which made it challenging with recent guidelines for social distancing and masks being worn. In GP's studio I wanted to capture a few angles showing the tools of his trade and the products that he provides his clients. The other spot was the waiting area of his studio which is decorated in a very fashionable and appealing way. Like many of my followers hear me say is about being genuine in the photos. My line is if I don't believe in you then none of your potential clients will. We started off slow but then we got in a groove and the pictures were really Turning out great and GP was opening up and enjoying himself. So many times I hear that people hate having their picture taken and that they don't smile very well. I take that as a personal challenge and while I know that being a model is likely not in the cards. My goal is to provide a great experience and even the ones that "hate having their picture taken" walk away with a smile on their face feeling better about themselves knowing that they had a great time. MODERN HOME IN UNION PARK WESLEY CHAPEL, FL
Real estate is the service that helped me start my business and one of the few that I offer that doesn't photograph a person. This home is for a local agent Nancy Cross in Wesley Chapel. This home was a amazing floor plan that was across from one of the few ponds in the neighborhood. The key for real estate when photographing it is to showcase the bright and inviting areas. I use flash to give this effect which gives it a pop to it but at times depending on mirrors, fans or larger pieces of furniture in a room it can create a shadow. Changing the angle or lighting will fix the shadow for the most part. Take a look at the pictures of the neighborhood and the beautiful property.

PAOLA BUSINESS BRANDING SESSION SOUTH TAMPA, FL
Personal and Professional Branding is the best way this decade to expand your business. Paola is a health insurance agency within a large company but she understands the need to brand herself and not the company. Once we scheduled a creative phone call to establish a plan for the shoot. During this call we decide on locations, attire and interview to learn the direction for marketing. All of this information helps me to brainstorm to plan the perfect business branding session. The studio shots take the longest for most clients to figure out "the look" which takes a little while to warm up to the camera. Paola is such a outgoing personality that I didn't have to worry about that.
After the solid background then we ditched it and found some really great spots to shoot. I wanted to go a little edgy to separate her from other professionals. Paola has a more laid back style and is a cool person that is easy to talk to.
I know you love those shots. I was blown away with how these turned out! Now after we left this historic spot in Downtown Tampa we went to a Co-Working Space in Tampa where we went to get on location portraits. This honestly is my favorite part of a branding session to use the background to tell the story.
