NEW CONSTRUCTION TOWNHOME BAYSHORE BLVD. TAMPA, FL
Photographing this property was quite the way to come back to work for 2020. Anytime I get the opportunity to photograph a real estate listing on Bayshore Blvd. in South Tampa I jump at the chance. This Brand New Townhouse off of Bayshore Blvd. is a 3,450 sq. ft. 4 story, rooftop deck and houses a residential elevator. With the modern design and a kitchen with hideaway appliances it was a blast to capture creative angles on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom and 1 spare bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor has stairs and elevator to the rooftop deck that was overlooking Bayshore Blvd. and parts of Davis Island. New Construction homes can be tricky to photograph because the home has not been lived in and has a few details that are not quite complete. Not to mention a vacant home can be tricky with the aspect and dimension of a room not looking accurate because no furniture to give you the correct view. Real estate photography was one of the first services that we offered and continues to be a important service that we offer. FAMILY PORTRAITS WITH THE HOWARD GIRLS IN NEW PORT RICHEY, FL
During the last quarter of 2019 our main focus was family portrait sessions. The Howard's have been loyal clients for the past 4 years each year I have photographed their two daughters. I always tell my clients that making a family portrait is a great annual tradition and the Howard's believe in that. Not only do we do it every year but they have done family portraits at Longleaf neighborhood in New Port Richey, FL. Typically my clients want variety of a different location but lucky for me this neighborhood is very large with a variety of parks and amenities. This year we were fighting the weather and while scouting locations I was fortunate to find this amazing spot in the neighborhood near their elementary school.
Working with siblings can be challenging at times but lucky for me after working with these two for 4 years they are quite familiar with what to expect and I have figured out how to appease to their interests. This was the last family portrait session that I photographed in 2019 and I could not be more excited with how these turned out and the family loves them which is the best news as a photographer. Until next year we will see how we can exceed 2019's Family Portrait Session.

LET THEM BE LITTLE
Let them be little….because they are only that way for a while. I was contracted to do a 1 Year Old Portrait Session with his mom. They wanted a country setting with a barn. I was fortunate to work with the owners of Iola Lakeside Events in Dade City, FL for the portrait session. We went on a evening and while the weather was rolling in we were able to create these amazing images. Maverick while at the shoot was the happiest child and was so comfortable having his picture taken.
His mother Aarin wanted to jump in for a few photos and I was so happy that she did. These two had the most amazing smile and personality. My experience when working with people (My background is portraiture) is I am often looking for a combination of the eyes and smile. These two nailed it! We started on the swing set at Iola Lakeside and while they were laughing having a good time I stood a little far away and captured these moments. After that we setup a small scene with the O.N.E. spelled out with boots and a hat. Trying to distract Maverick for a short period while I setup he stood on top of the crate laughing and smiling. He then forgot he was standing up there and went to go sit down and that lead to falling down but after a couple minutes of tears he got back up and was smiling all over again. This was by far one of my favorite portrait sessions I have done recently and these pictures is the best representation of why I got into photography. These memories are worth saving and documenting for years to come. We don’t know what the future holds and living the life we can while we can is very important to my family.
