Photographing this property was quite the way to come back to work for 2020. Anytime I get the opportunity to photograph a real estate listing on Bayshore Blvd. in South Tampa I jump at the chance. This Brand New Townhouse off of Bayshore Blvd. is a 3,450 sq. ft. 4 story, rooftop deck and houses a residential elevator. With the modern design and a kitchen with hideaway appliances it was a blast to capture creative angles on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom and 1 spare bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor has stairs and elevator to the rooftop deck that was overlooking Bayshore Blvd. and parts of Davis Island. New Construction homes can be tricky to photograph because the home has not been lived in and has a few details that are not quite complete. Not to mention a vacant home can be tricky with the aspect and dimension of a room not looking accurate because no furniture to give you the correct view.
